About LUC

Founded by Mr. John Williams, LUC is a consulting company providing creative strategies for the new labor movement. We have been in business providing professional consultations since 2013 and have been in the industry for over 50 years. Though Williams' career was as a union representative, his success in achieving bargaining agreements was respected by union members and their employers alike.
About John Williams
John Williams joined the Teamsters union in 1968 at the age of 17. He retired from the union in 2013 as Director of the Teamsters Warehouse Division. In those 44 years, John obtained a degree in Labor Relations at Western Washington University and worked as a Teamster organizer, representative, contract negotiator, and executive officer at Local 117 and Joint Council 28 in Washington state. He also served as a trustee and chairperson of various Teamsters' medical and retirement trusts. In 2013, he launched Labor Union Consultants, LLC (LUC).
Today, LUC has repurposed its mission: to assist all parties in the collective-bargaining process to achieve a positive and long-term outcome.
Although Mr. Williams and the other professionals networked with LUC have a great deal of experience, you are the most important contributor to success. Let LUC be a resource for you to address your issues and effectively pursue your collective bargaining goals.
